Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AskCard (the “Service”), including signing in with LINE, submitting a question, or using the weekly horoscope, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
When you send your first message through AskCard, we record that you accepted these terms (version v1) and the time of acceptance. This applies even when Private mode is enabled.
2. The Service
AskCard provides AI-assisted tarot readings and weekly BaZi horoscope content in English and Thai. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and personal reflection only.
AskCard does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on readings for decisions that require licensed expertise.
3. Accounts and access
You sign in with your LINE account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and LINE login secure.
Some features require an active pass (subscription). Pass terms, pricing, and duration are shown in the app at purchase time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including hacking, copying content automatically, harassing others, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms or harmed the Service or other users.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to questions and information you submit. You grant AskCard a limited license to use that content to provide the Service.
AskCard branding, app design, and reading layouts (excluding your personal inputs) remain our property or our licensors’ property.
6. Payments and refunds
Passes are sold via PromptPay as described in the app. Payment support and refund claims may be submitted through the Payment Support page.
Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once a pass is activated, unless we approve a claim after review.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be published on this page with a new version number. Continued use after an update may require renewed acceptance as indicated in the app.

Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
AskCard (“we”, “us”) operates the AskCard app at app.askcard.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. Information we collect
Account data: your LINE profile (display name and picture) and your AskCard username.
Profile data (optional): name, gender, birth date, birth time, birth place, and time zone — used for horoscope when you choose to save them.
Usage data: questions, selected cards, AI responses, and saved readings when history is on.
Billing data: pass purchases, PromptPay slip submissions, and related support requests.
Sign-in data: information needed to keep you signed in and help protect your account.
3. How we use information
We use your data to sign you in, deliver readings and horoscopes, manage passes, save history (unless Private mode is on), keep the Service working well, and respond to support requests.
We record the date and time you accepted these Terms and Privacy Policy (version v1) when you send your first message, even in Private mode. This is saved with your account, not as part of your chat.
4. Private mode
When Private mode is enabled, new readings are not saved to your conversation history or sidebar. Private mode does not turn off sign-in, pass verification, or recording of terms acceptance.
5. Sharing
We work with trusted partners who help us run AskCard and provide AI readings. They use your information only to provide the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Retention
We keep account and pass data while your account exists. Conversations are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
You can delete all conversations, clear saved profile fields, or delete your entire account from Settings → Data control in the app.
7. Your choices
You may access, update, or delete much of your data in Settings. Your terms acceptance time is shown under Data control.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
8. Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections when you use AskCard. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us via Payment Support.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date and version at the top of this page will change when we do.
